Scoring the Deal is an American reality series that airs on HGTV and HGTV Canada. The show follows Jason Abrams and Kristen Cook through Pro-Athlete real estate. For over a decade, Kristen & Jason have been responsible for buying and selling homes worth millions of dollars for pro-athletes. Their lives provide a behind-the-scenes look into the intense world of pro-sports real estate. Scoring the Deal, has a similar premise to other real estate-themed reality television shows such as Selling New York, Million Dollar Listing and House Hunters. During the two seasons, Jason Abrams and his partner Kristen Cook handled real estate deals for pros such as David Wells, Rudy Gay, Cato June, Joe Haden, Brandon McCarthy, Derrick Morgan, EJ Manuel, Jerry Hairston, CJ Watson, Bret Boone, Jordan Farmar, Kyle Arrington, Keith Bulluck, Brittanmy Jackson, Clinton Portis, Vontae Davis, Vernon Davis, Greivis Vasquez, Adewale Ogunleye and Gabriel Landeskog. The team travels across the entire country to meet with their athlete clients and spends days researching all the currently available properties in their price range. Then, the client sees only the "best in show" and selects which, if any property, will work for them.
